This scenario allows you to fly a Saturn INT-20 into orbit. The INT-20 is basically a Saturn V without the SII stage, so it's unable to fly to the Moon but does have a larger payload capacity than the Saturn 1b. This scenario is primarily a 'proof of concept', so the INT 20 can be used in the future to launch payloads for other fictional missions.
